Key Things to Know
- Payments are processed within 2 hours of approval
- Approved payments cannot be reversed
- Your bank may require beneficiaries to be added as “trusted” before payment
- Bank limits may apply (e.g. daily maximum, number of payments, batch total)
- Different banks have different requirements — please check your bank’s specific limits
Common Issues & How to Fix Them

Why banks may stop payments
Banks may stop payments for compliance and security reasons, for example:
- You are making a payment from an unfamiliar location
- The payment amount is unusual for your account
Unfortunately, your bank usually cannot share specific details about why it stopped the payment due to security and compliance rules. Please contact your bank directly to find out more.
Payment still showing as processing after 2 hours
Pending payment status
- This status means your bank has not yet sent back confirmation of whether the payment has succeeded or failed.
- Do not retry the payment.
Please contact our support team so we can investigate this with Crezco and your bank.
